Retrospective analysis of patient serum

As an academic center with a high volume of assisted reproductive cycles (~6000 annually), and with an archive of all patient serum going back at least 3 years, we have a vast repository of research samples that we can draw upon to investigate the correlation of circulating factors with female reproductive health and fertility. Previous and ongoing studies have examined the link between insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling and ovarian function in the context of both reduced ovarian reserve and polycystic ovary syndrome. With the broad diversity of patients and treatment protocols at our center, our serum repository enables research that is powered to address questions that are impactful and have clinical relevance.
