The Reproductive Endocrinology Lab combines classic genetic and molecular approaches to address basic questions in reproductive biology. To this end, we harness state-of-the-art imaging and cell-handling technologies, a broad suit of transgenic mouse strains and xenotransplantion techniques to develop therapeutic approaches for infertility. The lab is contained within the Center for Reproductive Medicine and is part of the fellowship program in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Weill Cornell Medical College. The close relationship with the clinic affords access to precious patient tissue and fosters a multidisciplinary approach to science and medicine, integrating clinical and basic research efforts toward our shared goals: the mechanistic understanding of disease processes and the development of regenerative therapies.
