To add a contact form here...

1. Goto Content-> Add Content-> Webform
2. Call your form Contact Us and click the publish button. 
3. On the next page create a "Name" field by filling in "Name" under label and selecting "text field" from the dropdown menu. Make this field required by checking the "Required" check box. Click "Add" to add the new field. On the next page click "Save Component" to finish adding the field.
4. Create a "Email Address" field by filling in "Email Address" under label and selecting "E-mail" from the dropdown menu. Make this field required by checking the "Required" check box. Click "Add" to add the new field. On the next page click save component to finish adding the field.
5. Create a "Phone no." field by filling in "Phone no." under label and selecting "Number" from the dropdown menu.  Click "Add" to add the new field. On the next page click "Save Component" to finish adding the field.
6. Create a Comments field by filling in "Comments" under label and selecting "Testarea" from the dropdown menu.  Click "Add" to add the new field. On the next page click "Save Component" to finish adding the field.
7. We have added 4 basic fields. You can add or remove fields as you wish by using the same methods as detailed in steps 3 to 6.
8. Click the emails button in the top right hand corner of the page.  
9. Fill an email address that will be notified anytime someone completes your new form. Click "Add" and then click "Save Email Setting" on the bottom of the next page. 
10. Now that our form is built we will add it to the contact us page. Navigate to  Abouts Us > Contact Us
11. Click the gear icon that appears on the bottom of the page.
12. Click the "+" opposit "Main Content". In the pop up windows, click "Add content item" from the bottom left.
13. Select "Webform" from the Content Type dropdown. Start typing "Contact Us" in the piece of conetent field and click on "contact us" when it appears in the dropdown. Select "Content" under Display Settings and "Full Content" under Content settings. De-select all checkboxes under Field Settings. 
14. Click save to finish adding your new Conact Us form to your website.
